Dirty blues. Stomping feet. Screaming slide guitar. Twelve tracks of pure, unfiltered Swampcandy.
About the Album
Dirty, low-down blues with a sound that refuses to play by the rules. Swampcandy's The Dirty Suite is a raw, foot-stomping collection of American roots music that digs deep into the Mississippi Delta and comes back covered in dirt.
Driven by gritty slide guitar, harmonica, washboard, and pounding rhythms, these 12 tracks deliver an unapologetic blend of primitive blues and raw musical energy. From the opening notes of "South County" to the haunting sounds of "Devil In The Suitcase," The Dirty Suite captures the spirit of traditional blues while carving out a sound that's distinctly Swampcandy.
Featuring Ruben Dobbs and Kevin Leibling, the album is packed with rough edges, infectious grooves, and the kind of stripped-down authenticity that makes great roots music impossible to ignore.
Turn it up. Stomp your feet. Get dirty.
