About the EP
Live Action brings the Landis Harry Larry universe to life in an entirely new way. Taking its name from the idea of a “live-action” version of an animated world, this special EP is not a live concert recording. Instead, it features newly recorded studio versions of fan favorites performed by the full band that brings the Landis Harry Larry live show to the stage.
Landis Expandis and his clones Harry and Larry are joined in Live Action by La La Anderson on keyboards and vocals, Rex Anderson on bass, Melissa “Ultra” Sharlat on vocals, Joseph “Glorian” Mulhollen on vocals, Mark Colegrove on guitar, and Michael Stamberg on drums.
Together, these real-life musicians transform familiar songs from The Story of Bunch and the Landis Harry Larry Solo Trilogy into energetic full-band performances while retaining the humor, personality and wonderfully strange spirit of the original recordings. It's Landis Harry Larry brought to life by a real cast — exactly what the title promises.
