Baltimore dark synth rock veterans 51 Peg return with Cut The Wire, a three-song EP combining the band's heavy alternative rock foundation with brooding electronics, atmospheric synths, and industrial and post-punk influences. Across “Cut The Wire,” “Thread,” and “Alternate Scene,” the band balances aggressive guitars and driving rhythms with layered electronic textures and Jeff Sargent's distinctive vocals.
Originally released by the band on May 1, 2020, Cut The Wire was released by Big Curve Music on September 1, 2021.
